JubJub
Sub-pillar 04The creator tech stack

Most creators run their business on five disconnected tools.

A tool for scheduling. One for analytics. One for payments. One for collaboration. One for distribution. None of them share data. All of them charge a subscription.

No competitor named · The argument is structural.

This is the modern creator tech stack, and it is nobody’s fault except that nobody designed it to work together.

01The gaps

The problem is not the tools. It is the gaps.

Each tool in the stack does its job. The problem is what happens between them.

  • You export a CSV from one platform and import it into another.
  • You copy a payment amount from a spreadsheet and send it manually.
  • You chase a collaborator for their bank details because your publishing tool has no idea your payment tool exists.

The overhead of running a media business is not in the work itself. It is in the connective tissue between tools that were never designed to talk to each other.

The problem is not the tools. It is the gaps between them.

02The typical stack

What the stack typically looks like.

A typical independent creator or small studio runs, at minimum:

  • 01A scheduling or publishing toolQueues posts across platforms.Subscription
  • 02Platform-native analytics dashboardsUsually several, one per platform.Subscription
  • 03A payment tool or manual bank transfersFor paying collaborators.Subscription
  • 04A project management or communication toolTo keep the team aligned.Subscription
  • 05A file storage or delivery systemFor moving the work around.Subscription

Five subscriptions. Five sets of login credentials. Five support teams who will each tell you the problem is someone else’s. How ownership and payment infrastructure replaces part of this stack: ownership. How payment routing works without a separate tool: monetisation.

03Why point tools win

Why point tools keep winning.

Every individual tool in the stack is genuinely good at its job. Scheduling tools schedule well. Analytics tools surface data well. The problem is structural, and structural problems are harder to see than feature gaps.

So when something in the stack is painful, the instinct is to add another tool. The stack grows. The gaps between tools multiply. The overhead compounds.

04AI as the interface

What changes when AI is the interface.

When an AI assistant can reach your entire business infrastructure through a single protocol, the gaps stop mattering. You do not switch tabs. You do not export and import. You ask.

Five tools, and you are the glue.

Every gap between them is a job you do by hand. Export, copy, paste, chase, reconcile. The overhead is the connective tissue.

JubJub
AskOne protocol

One connection, and the AI is the interface.

Publishing, analytics, ownership, splits, and payment through a single connection. The AI becomes the interface. The tools become the backend.

How to connect your AI to JubJub: connect your AI. What the AI can do once connected: what an AI agent can do.

05Not all at once

You do not have to replace everything at once.

JubJub handles the ownership, payment, and distribution layer. Your AI handles the operational interface. The tools in your current stack that genuinely earn their place can stay.

First to go

The tools you are paying for just to move data between other tools are the first to go. The rest can earn their keep.

Collapse the stack into one connection.

Keep the tools that earn their place. Drop the ones you only pay to move data between. Let the AI be the interface to everything underneath.

FAQThe stack, answered plainly

Questions, answered plainly.

Is JubJub an all-in-one creator platform?

JubJub is media ownership and payment infrastructure. It covers ownership registration, revenue routing, distribution to eight platforms, and the agent payment layer. It does not replace creative production tools, editing software, or communication tools — and it is not trying to.

Which tools does JubJub replace in practice?

Most directly: distribution and scheduling tools (JubJub handles publishing), manual payment workflows (payments route by contract), and revenue split tools (splits are set at publish and run automatically). The analytics layer is supplementary rather than a replacement.

Do I need to connect an AI to use JubJub?

No. JubJub works through its own interface without any AI connection. The MCP integration is an additional layer for creators who want to operate through conversation. The infrastructure works either way.

What is MCP?

The Model Context Protocol is an open standard that lets AI assistants connect to external tools and take real actions. JubJub ships a production MCP server so your AI can operate your media business directly, without a custom integration. MCP setup: connect your AI. AI pillar overview: AI. Technical documentation: developers.
