JubJub utilizes the YouTube API to upload videos directly to your YouTube account. Instead of storing credentials, we use OAuth 2.0 for authentication, which requires you to authorize access every hour. This authorization process ensures enhanced security and control, as it requires frequent re-authentication and refreshes of credentials. This approach adheres strictly to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements, ensuring that your data is handled securely and responsibly. JubJub's use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
Information Collection through YouTube API Services: We access and collect information such as video titles, descriptions, and other metadata related to the videos you upload through the YouTube API. The information collected through the YouTube API is used solely for the purpose of managing your video uploads. We do not share this information with any third parties, except as required by law.
Data Storage and User Control: We may store, access, and collect information on your device through the use of cookies and similar technologies to enhance your user experience. You can revoke our access to your data via the Google security settings page at Google Security Settings. For deleting stored data, please contact us directly at contact@jubjubapp.com, and we will process your request within 10 business days. Regarding data storage, we only allow the API Clients to store the public data temporarily, but not more than 30 days and the stored data must either be refreshed or deleted after 30 days.
Vimeo API Use
JubJub utilizes the Vimeo API for uploading and updating videos on your Vimeo account. Credentials for Vimeo are stored securely and are used only for the purposes of video management authorized by you. This approach ensures secure and efficient management of your video content on Vimeo. In addition, should you choose to remove your credentials, you have the ability to delete the access key directly from the admin section on Vimeo OTT. This provides you with further control over your data and enhances security by allowing immediate revocation of access when needed.
