Data Deletion Instructions

If you wish to request the deletion of your personal data or disconnect a platform linked to your JubJub account, please contact us at contact@jubjubapp.com. We will process your request within 10 business days.


How to Request Data Deletion or Platform Disconnection

  1. Send an email to contact@jubjubapp.com from the email address associated with your JubJub account.
  2. In your email, please specify whether you want to:
    • Delete your personal data
    • Disconnect a specific platform (e.g., YouTube, TikTok, Vimeo, etc.)
    • Both delete your data and disconnect platforms
  3. Provide any additional details that may help us process your request efficiently.

Upon receiving your request, we will verify your identity and take the necessary actions to comply with your request. You will receive a confirmation email once the process is completed.


Processing Time

We aim to process all data deletion and platform disconnection requests within 10 business days. If there are any delays or additional information required, we will notify you via email.
